We're a growing private practice in Alexandria dedicated to providing evidence-based assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and their families. As we enter an exciting new chapter with our purpose-built Alexandria clinic, we're looking for a warm and passionate General Registered or Provisional Psychologist to help shape the future of Inner Child Psychology.

About the Role

We are offering a 2 or 4 day per week hybrid position, with a balance of clinic-based work in our beautiful new Alexandria practice and work-from-home flexibility.

You'll manage a sustainable clinical caseload with the support of our experienced virtual administration, allowing you to focus your time and energy where it matters most.

You'll have the opportunity to work with presentations that genuinely interest you, while benefiting from our strong referral network and highly engaged families who are committed to achieving meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is

  • Passionate about evidence-based psychological care.

  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

  • Invested in building meaningful relationships with clients, families, referrers, and colleagues.

Essential

  • General or Provisional Registration with AHPRA.

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working with neurodivergent children and adolescents.

  • Interest in conducting psychological assessments.

  • Interest in facilitating groups.

  • Interest in working collaboratively with parents and families.
